Letting Go, Moving Forward: Lessons from a Bird on Starting Over| #NatureLessons Ep. 013

In this episode, I share the emotional journey of starting over on Instagram and Facebook after moving from Germany to Washington. I talk about the frustrations of dealing with technical issues and feeling stuck, but I also reflect on a powerful moment of clarity I had while observing a mourning bird. This experience taught me the importance of allowing myself to grieve, let go, and take the time I needed to heal. Through painting, I found a way to reconnect with my creativity and embrace the idea of starting fresh. It was a reminder that it’s okay to take your time and that moving forward is a gradual process.
